Competitor change and live dressage from WC™ Final on FEI TV March 24 2010 Dear Karin, By Claartje an Andel dressagedirect The silver anniversary FEI World Cup™ Dressage final begins tomorrow at ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. Those not present in The Brabanthallen can follow every moment of the exciting action with FEI TV’s Live coverage. Unfortunately Hungary’s Robert Acs had to withdraw. His horse Weinberg suffered from fever last week and received medication. Therefore he was not able to travel and compete. “I feel very sorry about that”, Robert Acs expressed, “as it would have been my first World Cup Final and my trainer Udo Lange and me had prepared a brand new Freestyle for the occasion on Hungarian music by Oliver Hahn!” As his next goal will be improving through competing and competing at the WEG in Kentucky, the new Freestyle has to wait for another moment. Lucky reserve Austrian Peter Gmoser has taken his place amongst the 15 world-class competitors who will battle it out for the champion’s crown. It is interesting to know that quite a few competitors changed their Freestyle especially for this silver jubilee WC™ Final. Adelinde Cornelissen, Patrik Kittel, Michal Rapcewicz, Matthias Rath and Tinne Vilhelmson put an effort in their new Freestyles. Patrik Kittel is one of the riders who created a brand new Freestyle for the 25th World Cup Final in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
