This photograph was taken last year…but what a year it was ! Lingh was being worked under saddle, being legged up and ridden by Swedish rider Mattias Jansson. Lingh was trail riding and galloping on the track, enjoying all the joys of being a breeding stallion still in work after his stable accident in 2008 in the USA. While at Anky’s, I had asked about finding a rider in Sweden to help get Lingh back into condition. I was introduced to Mattias and he lived next door to Flyinge! Mattias and I had a great time working out a riding program for Lingh and Lingh found his new home and rider in Sweden fantastic ! My thanks to Mattias for all your time and attention. www.mattiasdressyr.se/
Flyinge fyller år! The upcoming 350th Anniversary
Flyinge is the most special place for a horse and actually for anyone interested in furthering their equestrian education. From the Blacksmith Educational Center to the School, to the Stallion Barns to the Restaurant that feeds us everyday, the experience of belonging, and being an equestrian at Flyinge is tops in the World.
The reason behind every success story is because one person or a team of colleagues worked night and day to make it
happen. The new CEO of Flyinge, Marianne Lilja Wittbom has now arrived at Flyinge to work her magic and take this
Swedish iconic equestrian center into it’s 351 year….here she is with Lingh….loving horses!
