While in Holland last week I was so interested to follow the progress of Beau, Lingh's Reserve Champion three year old who won in Den Bosch last year at the KWPN dressage stallion selections. He has been at the testing until last Friday when he went home. The judges I spoke with liked him so much but felt the testing was too much for him while he is growing into a four year old body. I confirmed this springtime invitation given to Beau with my colleague at the KWPN who told me how disappointed they were to send him home but that he was the one stallion invited back in the spring to be considered by the panel of judges choosing the new stallions for the KWPN. It's obvious they like him very much ! From the owners I heard that he is home now in work to be stronger, as he grows bigger. I am very pleased with the stallion judges and that Beau's owner can give this amazing youngster the opportunity to become the best candidate for a prospective stallion. I know if Lingh could talk, he would agree and be very pleased.
